Interested in bonsai but not sure where to begin? Come learn!

• Brief introduction to the art and care of bonsai (~20 minutes)
• Demonstration of how to create a bonsai from nursery stock (~20 minutes) 
• You'll be set loose to pick a tree to bonsai (~20 minutes)
• Hands-on guidance to help you create your bonsai! (~60 minutes) 
• Take home your first one-of-a-kind bonsai! 

Multiple Ticket Options:

• $40 - Mini bonsai tree
• $60 - Standard bonsai tree

All tickets include starter plant and wire. Tools and gloves are provided, but feel free to bring your own!

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early so we can begin on time!

Cold Weather and Rain

If raining or cold outside temperatures, we'll hold the workshops in a covered and/or heated space. However, come dressed to walk to the greenhouse/nursery area while picking out your bonsai trees. During the coldest winter months (roughly December-February), only indoor/tropical species will be available for beginner workshops.  

Summer Heat

Durring summer months, we hold the workshops outdoors under shade. While we do our best to keep things comfortable, dress appropriately and be prepared for summer heat! Water bottles will be provided.  

Refunds/Cancelation Policy

We may cancel for extreme weather so please stay up to date on emails/notifications. If we cancel the event due to weather or other circumstances out of our control, we will contact you to reschedule. If you cannot attend your workshop, please contact us prior to the event to reschedule to a future date. We generally do not refund tickets.
