Heat Pack Add-On (Recommended for Winter Shipping)
 
We recommend adding at least one heat pack when shipping tropical or cold-sensitive species if temperatures are expected to drop below 40°F.

Use one heat pack per single-tree order or roughly one per $25 of shipping cost.
If you’re unsure how many to include—or if you’re placing a large or complex order—please contact us. For some shipments, we may suggest using larger heat packs for better protection.
While heat packs help reduce the risk of cold damage during transit, they cannot guarantee safe arrival in freezing conditions. We are not responsible for cold-related damage during shipping.
