We recomend adding at least one heat pack when shipping small orders of tropical/cold sensitive species during winter months. We recomend one heat pack for up to 16 starter trees (3-4"), two 6" or 1 gal trees, and one tree larger than 6". Feel free to contact us if you're uncertain how many are needed.
