Brews & Bonsai with BlackRoot Farms at Double Shift Brewing Co.

Interested in Bonsai? Do you like good Beer? You're in luck! BlackRoot Farms is joining Double Shift Brewing Company to warm up them cold bones with some beer-drinking and branch bending! Come have a beer and take something home you won't regret!

What to expect

   1. Grab a beer and your bonsai (1st Beer is on the house!)

   2. Brief introduction to the history and art of bonsai (~20 minutes)

   3. Short demonstration of bonsai pruning and wiring.

   4. Hands on help as you prune/wire/style your first bonsai tree!

   5. Take your new bonsai home!

Ticket Information:

All tickets are the same price ($50), but we've given you some species to choose from. Click names for example photos!

  - Outdoor Bonsai Trees - Procumbens Nana Juniper or Green Sargent Juniper 

  - Indoor Bonsai Trees - Willow-Leaf Ficus or Dwarf Variegated Schefflera

*Dwarf Variegated Schefflera is mostly a cut-and-grow species (little-to-no wiring required!)

Your Ticket includes includes your first beer, the 2-hr workshop, training pot, wire, bonsai soil, and of course, your bonsai tree!
