Interested in a more adventurous bonsai workshop?! Did you know originally bonsai trees were collected from the wild?! Join me in scavenging our 30-acre woods for interesting bonsai material you get to take home! 

I'll be your guide through the woods in search of you're very own field collected bonsai (Yamadori) to dig, prune, and pot up to become a future bonsai!  Price includes the tree you select, all necessary digging tools, a bonsai training pot and soil, and roughly half a day of hiking, digging, pruning, and repotting. 

Be prepared for mud and light rain or snow. Boots are highly recommended. We will only reschedule if a heavy rain or storms are in the forecast, so be prepared! Also note, hand-digging trees from the woods is physically demanding, so eat your Wheaties!
